Health & Wellness Consultation - Hollie will explore your health history and ask you some health and lifestyle questions and talk through your current symptoms and health concerns. Breathwork: Hollie will begin with a guided breathwork session to calm your mind, reduce stress levels and help you land and settle into the space and your body. Infrared Sauna: Experience the soothing warmth of our infrared sauna, which helps to detoxify the body, relieve pain, and improve circulation. You can listen to your favourite music in the sauna. Intuitive Massage & Reiki: Enjoy the healing touch of an intuitive massage combined with Reiki energy work. This powerful combination releases tension, promotes energy flow, and aligns your physical and energetic bodies. Hollie has over two decades of massage experience and will intuitively create a bespoke massage. Reflexology: Target specific points on the feet with reflexology to improve overall health, reduce stress, and stimulate organ function. Sound Journey in a Relaxing Hammock: Conclude your healing journey with a peaceful sound journey in a hammock with blanket and pillow, allowing you to fully integrate the benefits of your treatments in a state of deep relaxation.
